Japanese Hinoki Cypress Two-Section Mizuya
A wonderful combination!
Form — simple clean lines which blend with so many interior designs. Function — this tansu can be used many ways: Stacked is the traditional application in Japan — creating a vertical line when your space is limited.   Side-by-Side makes a wonderful room divider — creating a horizontal line.   Both top and bottom are equal heights and backs are waxed. Back-to-Back is a great deep surface between rooms and/or a pedestal for Art Sculpture while functional on both sides. View more images of these options.
Wood grain on this tansu is fabulous. The shelves offer a lot of storage.
Materials: Wood. Doors and Drawers are Hinoki Cypress.
Sides and Top are Cryptomeria.
